Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: August 18, 2026

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we've implemented

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure on every page, with a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
  • Animations disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow to small screens and high zoom levels without horizontal scrolling.
  • No content that flashes, autoplays, or traps keyboard focus.

Known limitations

The decorative topographic illustration on the home page is marked as hidden from assistive technology; it carries no information not available in text. If we publish documents in other formats (such as PDF), we aim to provide an accessible HTML equivalent.
