This policy describes how Box Intelligence LLC, doing business as vallesAI ("vallesAI", "we", "us"), handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. We've written it to be read, not skimmed past — it's short because we collect very little.
Information we collect on this website
What we don't collect
This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or social media pixels. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information you send us
When you email us or contact us about an engagement, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project. We use it to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
Technical information
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
Information we handle in client engagements
Client data is governed first by the contract and any data processing agreement we sign with you — where those documents differ from this policy, they control. As a baseline for all engagements:
- We access client data only as needed to perform the agreed work.
- We do not use one client's data for another client's benefit, or to train models for anyone else.
- We delete or return client data at the end of an engagement, as the contract specifies.
- Where an engagement involves third-party AI providers, we tell you which providers are involved and under what data-handling terms before any of your data reaches them.
How long we keep information
Business correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship and for legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond to all verified requests, generally within 30 days.
Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling of client data. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law and without unreasonable delay.
Children
This website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
